Qualifications

• 5–15 years of backend engineering experience.
• Expert-level Python and production API development (FastAPI or equivalent).
• Experience with columnar databases (ClickHouse, Redshift or Snowflake).
• Experience shipping production APIs you personally built and owned.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM features into production (agentic workflows, RAG, tools).

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production-grade backend services and APIs in Python and FastAPI powering the AI features.
• Develop the infrastructure and orchestration layer for agentic AI capabilities in the product.
• Work deep in Postgres and ClickHouse to drive intelligent retrieval and AI-driven analysis.
