Frasers Group is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join the Purchase Ledger function at our Shirebrook HQ. You will support daily supplier payments, invoice matching, and posting while maintaining accurate records and internal controls.

Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to deliver timely, high-quality financial services across the group. You will assist with payment runs, supplier queries, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger.
• Experience processing BACS and CHAPS payments.
• Experience using Medius invoice approval system.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance in AP.
• Proven ERP system experience, D365 preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel with data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of supplier statements, payment runs and month-end processes.

• Support day-to-day purchase ledger activities and payment runs.
• Match invoices, verify bank details, and validate new accounts.
• Resolve invoice-related queries and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with supplier payments and ensure procedures meet controls.
• Contribute to process improvements within the team.
