Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or Finance Administration.
• Strong VAT coding and invoice processing knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase ledger, including supplier invoices and VAT coding.
• Coordinate and prepare weekly supplier payment runs.
• Process employee expenses and ensure VAT compliance.
• Resolve supplier and expense queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cash books and daily banking records.
• Support daily customer loan payouts and cash flow forecasting.
• Process payments via online banking platforms and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist with month-end processes and accruals with Finance Manager.
• Act as a systems champion, driving process improvements.
• Provide guidance on purchase order processes to colleagues.
• Support other finance functions including sales invoicing and fee processing.
