Job summary

A dynamic consulting firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Consultant for a 3-month contract starting in January. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to the Corporate Services team, leading complex sourcing projects and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end sourcing projects, engaging with stakeholders, and providing authoritative commercial guidance. Strong experience in public sector procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in public sector procurement, ideally within Digital or Corporate Services.
• Ability to lead procurement projects independently from initiation to award.
• Strong understanding of Procurement Regulations (PCR 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and manage evaluations.
• Provide commercial guidance across Digital and Corporate Services.
• Manage Variation requests in line with procurement regulations.
