Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within public sector, healthcare, or blue light verticals.
• Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions.
• Experience working with vendors such as Aruba, Fortinet, and HPE.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to manage complex sales cycles.
• Comfortable engaging at all levels from technical teams to C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts within the healthcare and blue light sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target organisations.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with IT, procurement, and operational stakeholders.
• Develop solution-focused proposals leveraging a broad portfolio of networking, security, and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with key vendor partners to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with internal pre-sales, project delivery, and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on account activity using CRM tools.
• Stay current with industry trends, vendor offerings, and public-sector frameworks.
