What you will do
  • Collaborate with educational and residential teams to craft therapeutic interpersonal environments.
  • Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate personalised intervention strategies for children and young people.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and guidance to maintain cohesive support systems for our young people.
  • Drive therapeutic practice within Cumberland School and surrounding homes, ensuring bespoke support for each child.
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary team framework to foster dynamic team synergy and clinical best practices.
What we are looking for
  • A qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
  • Proven skills in assessing, formulating, and supporting therapeutic interventions for complex needs.
  • Experience in creating clinically informed environments for children and young people.
  • Strong leadership and training capabilities to motivate and guide staff.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and initiative, with commitment to outstanding outcomes for young people.
  • A full driving licence is required for necessary travel.
