Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Highly Specialist Psychologist/Psychotherapist in Lambeth Crisis Plus. The post involves delivering targeted, crisis-focused psychological support and supervision across Lambeth Community Mental Health Services, including liaison with multiple teams and networks.

The role emphasises consultation, training, and development of trauma-informed formulations, with opportunities to supervise junior staff and contribute to service

Qualifications

• Experience with crisis-focused psychological services.
• Knowledge of CBT/third wave models such as DBT/Open Dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist psychological assessments and formulations for Lambeth Crisis Plus service.
• Supervise junior staff and trainees and provide training to MDT colleagues.
• Develop and evaluate Crisis Plus, contribute to service development and research.
