A community and mental health provider Trust seeks a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in Liskeard. You will support the development of Step 2 services while providing clinical supervision and support. This role requires a Psychology Degree and substantial clinical experience, as well as leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various low-intensity therapeutic interventions. The position combines office work with remote duties.

At Cornwall and Isles of Scilly NHS Talking Therapies we have an exciting opportunity to join our East/North Team as a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. The position holder will be expected to work part of the week from an office in the East/North Cornwall area to provide a face-to-face clinic. The other days will be completed remotely.

As a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (SPWP) you will support the Service Lead, Professional Lead & Team Managers to develop the Step 2 service provision across the organisation. These roles provide an opportunity for experienced PWPs who are committed to developing their careers to share their interest and passion and to develop these qualities and skills in others. In addition to maintaining a PWP (Step 2) caseload, the post holders will work within the Talking Therapies service providing a range of more senior duties including:
