Job summary

TEKsystems in London, UK, seeks a Senior Finance and Prudential Regulatory Reporting Specialist to strengthen the prudential reporting framework for an EU credit institution operating in the EMEA region.

You will provide senior-level expertise in finance and prudential regulation to ensure timely, accurate regulatory submissions to PRA and other regulators, working with finance, treasury and risk teams to ensure data integrity and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Senior-level expertise in finance with a focus on prudential regulation.
• Proven experience with prudential regulatory reporting for financial institutions.
• Experience in EU/EMEA regulatory environments.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements into practical reporting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in submissions.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enhancement of prudential regulatory reporting processes.
• Prepare, review, and validate regulatory reports for PRA and other regulators.
• Interpret PRA rules and other requirements for the reporting framework.
• Collaborate with finance/treasury to gather and analyse data for reports.
• Ensure controls and documentation around reporting are robust.
• Support treasury by reflecting activities in regulatory and financial reports.
• Monitor regulatory developments and adapt processes accordingly.
• Contribute to audits, reviews, and regulatory examinations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality.
• Provide guidance on prudential regulation and reporting best practices.
