Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Senior Proposition Specialist to own the proposition vision and performance across a portfolio of ancillary products such as bags, seats, and flexibility options. You will collaborate with Digital, Product and Trading teams to translate strategy into customer propositions that drive value and revenue.

• Experience in proposition development, product management or a related commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data and market trends into actions.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Clear understanding of how propositions drive revenue and value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the proposition vision, outcomes and performance for a portfolio of ancillary propositions.
• Develop and maintain a prioritised proposition roadmap balancing short-term gains and long-term growth.
• Lead initiatives from concept to requirements, launch and performance tracking.
• Use customer insight and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions.
• Define business requirements and drive cross-functional delivery across multiple teams.
• Ensure proposition content, communications and policies align with customer experience.
