At WSP, the people who win work are integral to shaping our future. They play a pivotal role in helping teams secure the opportunities that drive our business forward, bringing structure, quality and consistency to pursuits in a highly competitive market.
This is a role for driven work winners who enjoy making complex bids run smoothly, lifting the quality of what we submit and helping teams present their best thinking. As a Senior Proposals Coordinator, you’ll coordinate and manage bids across a sector or multiple disciplines, under the guidance of a Proposals Manager / Senior Proposals Manager, supporting activities from early engagement through to submission and post‑bid learning. You’ll be a key part of the bid function, making sure planning is robust, content is evidence‑led, governance is followed, and outputs are compliant, compelling and delivered on time. This role is significant in shaping how we win work. It requires a strong technical curiosity, a client‑focused mindset and a clear commitment to high‑quality delivery. You’ll be trusted to bring structure, clarity and momentum to bids, ask the right questions, and help teams turn technical expertise into persuasive, client‑focused proposals.
This role offers meaningful responsibility and a clear pathway to career progression. You’ll build capability in the full work winning lifecycle, learning from experienced bid leaders whilst playing a highly visible role in live pursuits. You’ll be supported by clear frameworks, structured training, tools and an established professional community, and you’ll be encouraged to continuously improve how we plan, write, review and produce bids. You’ll also be part of a function that values innovation, using digital tools to reduce admin, increase quality, and improve client impact. At WSP, people don’t just do a job - they build long‑term careers. With continued investment in our work winning capability, this role provides strong development opportunities to progress towards Proposals Management roles. You’ll join one of the UK’s largest and most respected Strategic Bid Functions during a period of sustained growth and strong performance. WSP delivers major, high‑impact projects across a diverse range of sectors, offering unparalleled exposure to complex, meaningful work.
