Qualifications

• Ability to build great relationships with drive, determination, pace, passion and enthusiasm.
• Full driving license.
• Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• List a targeted number of properties and advise vendors to sell at the best price.
• Identify new leads and generate business to improve performance.
• Keep abreast of market conditions and local market knowledge.
• Work with the team to download new properties and match buyers accordingly.
• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations of the estate agency.
