A public sector client in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Senior Surveyor (Commercial Property Manager) to manage a varied property portfolio. The role includes managing landlord and tenant matters, property inspections, and providing professional property advice. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a property-related field and relevant experience, with a competitive pay rate of £40 per hour. This is a full-time, temporary position.
A client within the Public Sector based in Cheshire is currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor (Commercial Property Manager) to join their Engineering and Surveying Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a property and estates management environment.
Key purpose of the role is to manage and provide professional advice on a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring the effective management of the Council's assets and maximising income generation opportunities.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £40 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £35 per hour PAYE).
