Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Local Authority in Cumbria on a 3-month rolling contract. The role involves advising on a broad range of property matters and negotiating leases, licences and land transactions.

Hybrid working is offered with a flexible, high-volume caseload. The ideal candidate is a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with significant post-qualification experience in commercial property, capable of managing complex matters

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with significant post-qualification experience in commercial property.
• Strong experience handling complex commercial property and land matters.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, development and property transactions.
• Able to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality legal advice and support in relation to a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial leases, licences, easements, agreements and other property documentation.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, development, regeneration and land transactions.
• Support the Local Authority with complex property and land matters, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage a varied and complex caseload, prioritising work in line with Council requirements and deadlines.
