Job summary

Residential Management Group is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee an East Wick & Sweetwater development with site-based responsibilities in London. You will lead onsite teams, ensure lease and regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence across multiple phases of delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in residential property management, with MTPI qualification or willingness to progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in block property management is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive results.
• MTPI qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Good knowledge of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations in residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development with multiple phases, ensuring lease terms and regulations are followed.
• Lead onsite staff through appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.

Working site based at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development, London (E20 3AF)

Working Hours Monday to Friday 9 AM until 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a development currently with 2 completed phases, increasing to 7 upon total completion, ensuring compliance with lease terms and industry regulations (RICS, ARMA, IRPM)
2. Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
