Job summary

Residential Management Group is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a large development and lead a dedicated onsite team. You will ensure lease compliance and maintain industry standards while delivering exceptional service.

Based at East Wick & Sweetwater Development in London, you will drive performance, manage risks, and build a strong, compliant operation with a focus on career growth and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in block property management.
• MTPI qualified or willing to work towards qualification.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development currently with 2 completed phases, increasing to 7 upon total completion, ensuring compliance with lease terms and industry regulations (RICS, ARMA, IRPM).
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring adherence to safeguarding and statutory obligations.

What We're Looking For Essential:

Strong experience in block property management. MTPI qualified or willing to work towards Strong leadership and commercial acumen. Proven track record of results-driven performance. Good awareness of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations with residential property management.
