Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in Scotland, with 5–10 years' pqe and strong property and commercial litigation background. You will take a lead role as the main day-to-day contact for clients and contribute to business development.

You will mentor junior solicitors, help grow client relationships, and support the firm’s external profile.

Qualifications

• Between 5–10 years' PQE in property litigation.
• Strong experience in commercial litigation.
• Ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role as main day-to-day contact for clients across a range of matters, with a focus on property litigation.
• Contribute to business development and pursue opportunities to build new client relationships.
