DWF is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate in its Commercial Insurance team to focus on property damage matters. The role is based in Manchester with flexible hybrid working and potential placement across Leeds, Liverpool or Birmingham.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE experience in property damage or property litigation.
• Experience handling an insurance property caseload including TPD, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries.
• Ability to deliver results within strict deadlines and manage complex files.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of property related claims.
• Understand client requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements.
• Analyse risk and justify decisions to clients both internally and externally.
• Prioritise work to maximise efficiency and accuracy in case handling.
• Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
