Responsibilities
  • Train, coach and mentor Property Coordinators and Customer Experience Advisors to ensure consistent service delivery and onboarding
  • Quality checking
  • Complete regular 1‑2‑1 sessions with the team
  • Handle escalations and provide expert support on complex or high‑risk issues
  • Cover absences and provide floating support across regions to maintain continuity
  • Support communications on spotlight schemes and attend regional and spotlight meetings
  • Support complaint and social media response reviews by actioning maintenance requests immediately
  • Oversee call logging and maintenance performance, including urgent works (e.g. lift outages, mandatory occurrence reports, insurance claims)
  • Work with ADs/OMs to identify training needs
  • Support onboarding of new clients or schemes where needed
  • Team leadership and coaching
  • Conflict resolution and escalation handling
  • Ability to manage across multiple regions or portfolios
