  • Service Charge Budget Management – annual Expenditure / Budget management.
  • Property and Tenant Data Management – Billing queries.
  • Reporting and Operational Support – liaising with Councils / Refunds etc.
  • Ad hoc Projects and Team Development.

Skills

AAT – Part Qualified or Finalist or potentially an ACCA studier
Advanced Excel skills for Reporting and Analysis
High level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate with Finance and Non Finance Managers

Our Client is a Global Group – that has Logistics / Office and Storage Sites across the UK and Europe.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUITED TO THE SENIOR PROPERTY ASSISTANT ROLE
  • AAT – Part Qualified or Finalist or potentially an ACCA studier
  • Advanced Excel skills for Reporting and Analysis
  • The ability review numbers – have a high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate with Finance and Non Finance Managers – Internally and Externally
  • Be self motivated to meet deadlines as expected in a Global Business
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE SENIOR PROPERTY ASSISTANT
  • Annual Salary c £29,000 – £35.000 dependent on experience
  • Annual Performance related Bonus and Salary Review
