EXPEDITE RECRUITMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to lead high-profile regeneration, housing, healthcare, commercial, retail, student accommodation and education projects from our Cardiff office.

You’ll be MRICS chartered or working towards Membership, guiding junior team members, managing client relationships, and delivering commercial excellence across a broad portfolio.

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor MRICS or working towards Membership.
• Proven track record in delivering a wide range of construction projects in a consultancy environment.
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and project management skills.
• Commercially astute with a deep understanding of cost control, contracts and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Cost Consultancy and Project Management services from feasibility to final account.
• Oversee complex projects including Residential, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Student Accommodation.
• Take ownership of commercial strategy, cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical and professional development.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Champion best practice, sustainability, and value engineering.
