Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Operations Lead to responsibly execute a portfolio of concurrent projects across sites. You will ensure delivery meets JLL and client standards for health, safety, quality, cost and programme, while acting as principal contractor under CDM, MS18 and CSO6.

You will lead site delivery teams, collaborate with Senior Design Manager, manage NEC3 contracts, and develop strong client relationships to protect and enhance the company's reputation across projects.

Qualifications

• PM must be qualified in a related trade (mechanical, electrical, civil, building fabric, roofing).
• Experience delivering NEC3 Framework Contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple sites.
• Ensure delivery to health, safety, quality, cost and programme standards.
• Provide HSE leadership to site teams.
• Manage risks and maintain effective controls.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with MS18 and CS06.
• Produce and manage quotations and estimates.
• Ensure post-completion deliverables and final accounts.
