Job summary

AECOM in the UK (Glasgow) is recruiting a cost/controls professional to support project managers across infrastructure programs. You will analyse financial data, prepare forecasts, and manage cost and schedule performance using earned value techniques.

You will lead meetings, develop integrated schedules, define WBS, track progress, and provide dashboards and executive summaries to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with budgets and approvals.

Qualifications

• Confident in leading meetings.
• Comfortable being a right hand person to a Project Manager.
• Developed and maintained integrated project schedules using tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6.
• Defined work breakdown structures (WBS), dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
• Produced baseline schedules, monitored progress, and managed schedule change control.
• Forecasted resource demand and aligned plans with delivery and operational teams.
• Identified schedule risks, constraints, and mitigations.
• Generated progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
