Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Project Planner for its Energy and Natural Resources division. The role focuses on scheduling multiple projects or a major programme, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery in a nuclear-leaning client environment.

You will mentor planning staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain integrated master schedules while tracking KPIs and progress. The position requires presence in client offices (3 days/week) and a BPSS clearance pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Controls across the full lifecycle.
• Strong planning and scheduling expertise, including complex programmes.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and related planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on planning and scheduling for multiple projects or a major programme.
• Develop, maintain and integrate robust project schedules to drive decision making.
• Ensure adherence to NEC/FIDIC contract processes for schedule data and submissions.
• Coach and mentor junior planning professionals within the team.
• Support project teams with status reports and progress tracking for management.
• Monitor IMS and KPI reporting, forecast risks, and support recovery planning.
• Contribute to risk management, change control, and value improvement initiatives.
