Location : Warwick / Wokingham (Hybrid, 1 day in the office per week)

Contract Length : 6 Months

As a Senior Project Planner, you'll be instrumental in supporting our high-visibility, complex portfolio. The delivery team is already in motion, tackling challenging timelines, and we need your skills to navigate and elevate our planning efforts!

Key Accountabilities

• Lead cross-functional planning across various workstreams, ensuring deliverables align with timelines and dependencies.
• Organize and facilitate engaging quarterly planning workshops that foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Own the tracking of L0 / L1 milestones, providing timely updates and proactive risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
• Drive robust dependency management, clearly defining and documenting all give / gets across workstreams.
• Apply core planning principles, including scheduling and resource planning, to ensure delivery readiness.
• Provide expert guidance on planning, methodologies, and best practices.
• Lead energizing planning sessions, ensuring productive collaboration and clear outcomes.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of project data and reporting for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure plans are proactively managed and reflect current status.
• Identify future capacity and capability needs to meet demand.
