Lord Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to lead scheduling and project controls on major UK engineering programmes from Warwick, with hybrid working and UK-wide travel.
You will partner with Project Managers and engineering teams to keep complex portfolios on track, applying EVM, CP analysis, and forecasting, while delivering meaningful reports to senior stakeholders.

We're retained by a global engineering organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Project Planner who can bring real project delivery expertise to a highly visible role within a major programme delivery team. This is far more than a planning position.
We're looking for someone who has actually delivered complex engineering projects and understands the realities of keeping major programmes on track. Whether your background is as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Controls Manager or Lead Planner, you'll know what good delivery looks like-and more importantly, how to recover projects when things don't go to plan.
You'll become a trusted advisor to senior project teams, influencing delivery strategy, challenging assumptions and providing the insight needed to improve project performance across a portfolio of large-scale engineering programmes.
Working across multiple high-value projects, you'll take ownership of programme scheduling and project controls, partnering closely with Project Managers, engineering teams and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
