Senior Project Officer – Section 106 and Community Infrastructure Levy (Spatial Planning)

Location: Croydon

Salary: £26.68ph to £35ph (PAYE – Reference: 9227)

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the section 106 management, monitoring, recovery and assignment function.
  • To manage the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging authority function (CIL management, monitoring, recovery and assignment).
  • To take individual and collective professional responsibility for championing the diversity agenda, proactively implementing initiatives which secure equality of access and outcomes.
  • Commit to continual development of personal understanding of diversity.
  • Will be the lead officer for collaborating with the Development Management Service, Development Management Technical Support, Planning Enforcement, Finance, Legal Service, Corporate Debt Recovery, IT, Land Charges, Development Division and Districts and Regeneration Division.

This is a full‑time role on a temporary contract basis.
