Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of externally funded programme and service improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets of approximately £500,000 and ensure governance compliance.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage staff, customers and communities to support delivery and adoption of change.
• Monitor performance, evaluate outcomes and inform future service development.
• Produce reports, business cases and presentations to support decision-making.
