Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Experience delivering multi-project designs to deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of design for manufacture and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
• Create manufacturing and assembly documentation for production and suppliers.
• Design robust mechanical solutions fit for manufacture and assembly.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure requirements are understood.
• Review designs for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Support continuous improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
