Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee steelwork packages at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. The role covers design coordination through fabrication, installation and handover, with leadership across multiple stakeholders.

You will bring a strong background in quality management, engineering, fabrication or nuclear projects, and you will drive compliance, manage programme, cost and contract performance to deliver safe, on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within quality management, engineering, construction, or fabrication environments.
• Strong understanding of project delivery from mobilisation through to final handover.
• Experience managing programme, cost, quality and contractual requirements.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ideally FieldView QMS System), non-conformance processes and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned steel fabrication and installation projects.
• Manage programme, budget, quality, safety and contractual performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, designers and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate contract administration, compensation events and commercial matters in accordance with project contracts.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress reporting to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all project documentation, quality records, inspection records and handover documentation are completed accurately.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, constraints and interface issues.
• Support and promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and process development.
