  • Ensure outcomes are aligned with customer value, capacity plans, and our delivery methodology.
  • Monitor and manage multiple concurrent deliveries using tools like Jira and Adaptive Work.
  • Continuously drive improvement in customer experience and internal project processes.
  • Represent the customer voice internally, raising development needs through the right channels.
  • Inspire and guide your MULTI DISCIPLINED squad by setting a bold vision that aligns with our mission.
  • Empower the team to take ownership of their work, supporting personal growth and high performance.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and planning to keep work visible and flowing.
  • Own squad data and reporting – ensuring accurate resourcing, forecasting, and utilisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, both within your team and in collaboration with other squads.
  • Ensure project delivery is aligned to our methodology and governance standards.
  • Manage incoming work allocation across your squad, balancing strategic and urgent needs.
  • Act as a connector – promoting strong collaboration across departments and supporting cross‑squad consistency.
