Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience as Project Manager of commercial sprinkler installations.
• Strong background in commercial sprinkler contracts.
• Understanding of sprinkler related standards BS EN12845, LPC Rules & BS9990.

Responsibilities

• Manage various projects across the UK as part of the Special Risks team.
• Conduct site surveys and procure necessary resources.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site supervisors.
• Oversee cost control of contracts and monitor progress.
• Maintain compliance with method statements and risk assessments.
