THE ROLE

As Senior Project Manager, you ll be responsible for delivering multiple corporate office block projects, from early design and planning through to completion and handover.

You ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, outstanding quality, and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the delivery of office refurbishment and fit‑out projects within occupied buildings
  • Managing all project phases from feasibility through to completion
  • Coordinating design teams, consultants, and contractors to meet key milestones
  • Maintaining control of budgets, schedules, and risk management processes
  • Upholding exceptional health and safety standards in live environments
  • Building and maintaining trusted client relationships to ensure repeat business
About You

You re an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, corporate environments and understands the challenges of delivering projects in occupied spaces.

You ll bring:
