A leading construction consultancy in Birmingham seeks an experienced project manager to oversee multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed targets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Project Management or Engineering and at least ten years’ experience in a similar role, managing medium and large design projects. Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing medium and large sized design projects.
  • Demonstrable experience on design commissions for large land delivery projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare bid proposal documents for multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects technically and financially.
  • Coordinate design and review outputs with project stakeholders.
  • Set project objectives and define team tasks.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow within the project team.
  • Prepare and coordinate the project delivery programme.
  • Apply quality assurance and document control practises.
  • Manage contractual and commercial risks.
  • Undertake invoicing and credit control for cash flow.
