  • Extensive experience in project management within MEP and advanced technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, BIM, Cloud platforms, Cybersecurity, and Data Science.
  • Expertise in SCADA systems, fiber optics, and communication networks.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cost-control skills.

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and supervision of complex projects involving MEP systems, telecommunications, and advanced digital technologies. This role ensures timely delivery, compliance with standards, and integration of innovative solutions to meet evolving market and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Project Design and Planning
  • Lead the design and development of projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare tenders for new projects and define technical specifications.
Technology Integration
  • Supervise the implementation and migration of the HVSE platform to the new corporate environment.
  • Integrate advanced technologies such as AI, BIM, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Data solutions.
  • Adapt existing systems to new regulations and market products.
Project Execution and Delivery
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Supervise commissioning activities and guarantee proper handover.
  • Manage online maintenance and lifecycle support for installed systems.
Team Leadership
  • Direct and supervise programmers and engineers, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and monitor performance.
Procurement and Market Development
  • Identify and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
  • Source new materials and technologies to enhance project efficiency.
  • Research and develop new markets, systems, and products.
Subcontractor Management
  • Select and supervise local and international subcontractors according to project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and quality standards.
Cost Control and Efficiency
  • Monitor and control project costs across all phases.
  • Implement strategies to optimize resources and improve efficiency.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Manage documentation for supplier qualification and client‑specific requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
Product Implementation
  • Integrate existing portfolio products into projects.
  • Supervise commissioning and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
