Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Marketing Orchestration)

THE TEAM

This role is part of the Marketing Orchestration Team

The Marketing Orchestration team at RAPP is a pivotal team focused on the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of production and technology-based projects for our clients. This implementation team involves setting up innovative products and technologies that enhance operational efficiencies and drive cost savings. The team requires hybrid roles. And transformation knowledge in Change Management processes, working with global multi- disciplinary integrated agency teams knowing how to review e2e process to identify efficiencies and effectiveness across the entire delivery chain.

The role is client-facing and requires delicate yet firm project leadership across the various projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the creative process and possess extensive experience managing platform-based projects and technology-driven solutions.

You will report to the Marketing Orchestration Director and able to deliver against the following key tasks:

  • Able to assess and set scope
  • A team player, able to work closely with Marketing Orchestration team to ensure efficient delivery of projects
  • Commercially aware, able to track end-to-end project financial health
  • Able to actively manage the complex campaign scope by alerting and agreeing with the Marketing Orchestration team when it changes, to assess the impact to timings and budget
  • Able to think laterally, anticipate issues or problems and take accountability for delivery
  • Extremely well organised and able to manage changing priorities
  • Confident enough to manage expectations and hold their own in internal / client meetings
  • Committed to delivering outstanding projects
  • Leading the charge on project delivery, working processes and accurate resourcing across the client portfolio
  • Ensuring all work is produced to the highest standard whilst being delivered in the most efficient method
  • Supporting the Marketing Orchestration Director in converting OOS opportunities

EXPERIENCE

  • A Senior Project Manager with an understanding of the planning and creative process
  • Solid experience in digital production and content development with a track record in digital, social, and data-driven marketing projects.
  • Experience in working in Global/Local operating models with adaptation and orchestration of centrally produced assets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills. Including the ability to manage expectations
  • Automotive experience is a bonus but not a must-have
