SRT Marine Systems plc in the UK seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex multi-site delivery across East Africa, with a primary focus on Kenya. You will coordinate ICPs, design consultants and internal teams to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex construction and system integration projects.
• Ability to review contractor programmes, identify schedule risk and support recovery.
• Experience working with in-country partners, consultants, regulatory stakeholders and subcontractors in East Africa or similar intl delivery environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects and workstreams ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, quality and customer outcomes.
• Maintain governance with delivery reviews, logs, escalation routes and progress forums.
• Oversee integrated planning, milestones, dependencies, RAID, change control and delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate Kenya delivery with government, regulatory bodies, ICP, consultants and internal teams.
• Maintain regular site presence in Kenya to review progress and resolve blockers.
