Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced project/ programme leader to deliver complex property and infrastructure initiatives across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Winchester and Bristol. The role emphasizes robust systems, client outcomes, and sustainable delivery.

You will manage budgets, risks, and external resources, lead diverse teams, and liaise with senior stakeholders while embedding Mace's safety and integrity ethos. This is a chance to shape thriving communities.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional development.
• Substantial delivery-phase experience on projects and programmes.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading parts of large, diverse project teams.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations shape projects.
