Job summary

Tier One Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a long-term infrastructure programme in East Suffolk. This site-based role involves leading major civil construction packages and coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires strong delivery capability, commercial acumen and the ability to manage risk, change and interfaces across design and construction until handover.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of delivery programmes, cost, quality and safety.
• Comfortable working on site in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major civil construction packages.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and safety performance.
• Manage design, construction and stakeholder interfaces.
• Oversee planning, risk, change and project controls.
• Drive works through construction, completion and handover.
