Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) ICON, based in the UK, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major sports, entertainment and public venue projects. You will manage feasibility, design development, approvals, procurement, construction and handover with a collaborative team across clients, architects and engineers.

You will coordinate budgets, schedules and risk, on-site monitoring, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering unforgettable venues for communities and fans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in construction or related services industry, in PM and Employers Agent roles.
• Bachelor’s degree (construction/engineering or similar) or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, project programme and agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with integrity.
• Familiarity with MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management support to the Project Executive and Project Director through all project stages.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the project programme and budget.
• Engage with clients, architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to deliver objectives.
• Develop and maintain project requirements documents and assist in design development.
• Administer contracts as Employer’s Agent and manage change procedures.
• Be on-site during construction to monitor progress and resolve risks.
• Manage payment applications and maintain project documentation.
• Develop risk registers and track mitigations.
