Job summary

Crossley Scott is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex EV charging infrastructure across Central and Western England. You will own projects from design to commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role combines project delivery, technical consultancy and pre-sales support, collaborating with sales, engineering and customers to design tailored charging solutions for commercial clients.

An innovative and rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure company is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex charging infrastructure projects across Central and Western England.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale EV charging infrastructure projects from initial design through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Working closely with sales, engineering and customers, you'll also provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, helping to design tailored charging solutions for commercial clients.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience delivering complex electrical infrastructure or EV charging projects who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven project management experience within EV charging, electrical infrastructure, energy or major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of high-power EV charging systems.
• Knowledge of HV/LV electrical networks and associated regulations.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
