Crossley Scott is seeking a Senior EV Charging Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex charging infrastructure across Central and Western England from design through commissioning.

The role involves working with sales, engineering and customers to design tailored charging solutions for commercial clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of high-power EV systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, planning, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Design charging solutions for commercial clients during pre-sales.Produce technical proposals, cost estimates and project documentation.
• Act as the technical interface between customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, quality and risk management.
• Support adoption of digital technologies and AI-driven tools.

Senior EV Charging Project Manager

An innovative and rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure company is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex charging infrastructure projects across Central and Western England.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale EV charging infrastructure projects from initial design through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Working closely with sales, engineering and customers, you'll also provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, helping to design tailored charging solutions for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate technical studies, planning, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Design charging solutions tailored to customer requirements during the pre-sales process.
• Produce technical proposals, cost estimates and project documentation.
• Act as the technical interface between customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality and risk management.
• Support continuous improvement through the adoption of innovative digital technologies and AI-driven operational tools

About You

We're looking for someone with experience delivering complex electrical infrastructure or EV charging projects who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven project management experience within EV charging, electrical infrastructure, energy or major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of high-power EV charging systems.
• Knowledge of HV/LV electrical networks and associated regulations.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong English language skills.
