The role supports the Trust's vision to become a truly digital healthcare organisation, enhancing infrastructure and technology to enable excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Project manage a portfolio of interlinked projects, applying PRINCE2 methodology.
  • Research, support, facilitate, monitor and report on project progress, escalating issues when required.
  • Deliver performance improvement and ensure smooth transition of projects into Business As Usual (BAU).
  • Matrix manage project teams and resources, fostering an ITIL-framed project management environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Experience
  • Applying PRINCE2 project management methodology to large or complex projects.
  • Managing teams of varying sizes on a line or matrix basis.
  • Conveying complex concepts and issues to all staff levels.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working in the NHS with clinicians and senior managers.
