Job summary

Cumming Group is a global project and cost management consultancy delivering innovative solutions in construction, real estate and infrastructure. We seek an experienced project manager to lead small to medium projects, support tenders and contract documentation, and improve service delivery while ensuring health & safety and QA compliance.

You will collaborate with senior PMs, contribute to procurement decisions, and mentor staff as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing project management roles and tenders.
• Strong knowledge of contract forms (JCT/NEC).
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-medium projects with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders and contract documents.
• Support risk management and workshops; maintain risk registers.
• Chair project meetings and produce monthly reports.
• Mentor and coach team members and support bid/tender activities.
