Job summary

Persistent is seeking a Project Manager for its Watford location. This permanent, hybrid role requires 12–14 years of overall experience and 6+ years in project management, with strong Agile/Scrum capabilities. The position sits at 37 Clarendon Road, Watford, offering two days in the office.

You will own the technical delivery roadmap for data ingestion, ETL/ELT, data lake/warehouse models, streaming workloads, and analytics products, while supervising quality, testing and release governance.

Qualifications

• Must have executed project through complete project life cycle.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs with some technical background.
• Experience in agile software development with release planning.
• Scrum master experience and certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery roadmap across data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, data lake/warehouse models, streaming workloads, and analytics products.
• Oversee quality, testing and release governance.
• Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver key program objectives.
• Manage risks and issues; mentor teams in agile practices.
• Experience with data warehousing, migrations, BI, analytics and cloud (AWS/Azure).
