Job summary

Nomios UK&I is seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office and lead projects from scoping through handover to Support, Managed Service, and SOC teams. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have five years of project management experience in networking, telecoms, or cyber-security environments, with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification (or similar).
• Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Five years’ project management experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Organised and professional with the ability to multi-task.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently and to remain calm under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and documenting project scope.
• Development of Work Breakdown Structures or other techniques to breakdown complex requirements into manageable workstreams.
• Bid management and creation of bid responses.
• Planning all phases of project delivery from a basic POC to complex, multi-phase deployments.
• Defining and documenting project controls.
• Producing and maintaining project documentation or tooling.
• Carrying out risk identification, analysis, ownership allocation and monitoring.
• Managing budgets, resources, and dependencies on assigned projects.
• Controlling project scope and managing project change effectively.
• Managing project issues through to successful conclusion.
• Defining communication strategies and delivering exceptional communications on all projects.
• Facilitating smooth interaction between all departments involved in each project.
• Reporting project performance.
• Finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Managing time and workloads to produce successful outcomes.
• Managing all levels of stakeholders across all projects.
