Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex data centre projects onsite, combining technical leadership with proactive communication to clients and teams. Qualifications

• Experience delivering data centre projects.
• CSA experience preferred.
• PM certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Degree or comparable experience in PM or construction.
• Detail oriented with quality focus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and contractor on snagging activities, schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.
• Implement and monitor project processes, partnering with the client to improve and revise.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, communicate impacts to partners.
• Implement project procedures and ensure adherence.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed.
