This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Contract) based in United Kingdom.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and/or Product Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role focuses on internal systems, operational improvements, and business process transformation. You will turn broad business objectives into structured project plans and drive initiatives from initial analysis through implementation and adoption. Working closely with business, technical, and senior stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to improve workflows and deliver measurable outcomes. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. It offers the opportunity to shape essential systems and processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities

You will lead multiple projects and business transformation initiatives, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, effectively implemented, and successfully adopted across the organization.

• Manage several cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Own end-to-end project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Analyze existing workflows and business processes, identify inefficiencies, challenge assumptions, and translate findings into actionable project requirements.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives from problem identification and project definition through implementation, adoption, and validation of results.
• Gather requirements and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including progress reporting, presenting outcomes, and managing expectations.
• Coordinate implementation activities, operational readiness, stakeholder communication, training, and transition planning.
• Oversee post-launch follow-up to ensure that new solutions and processes are successfully integrated into day-to-day operations.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure the effective integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve project delivery, business analysis, documentation, and operational workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with practical business analysis or product management experience and a track record of delivering meaningful operational improvements.

• At least 4 years of proven project management experience.
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager.
• Demonstrated experience managing internal products, projects, and business processes.
• Proven experience delivering digital and operational business process improvement projects.
• Hands-on expertise in business process analysis and workflow optimization, including implementing improvements directly into products or operational processes.
• Practical experience using AI and automation tools for project delivery, process analysis, prototyping, documentation, or workflow improvement.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business, technical, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI solutions into products or business processes, with measurable results.
• Familiarity with no‑code and low‑code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation.
