Job summary

Navartis Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a £100m+ data centre and heavy civils scheme in Enfield. You will own delivery from pre-construction through to completion on a Tier 1 contractor project with multi-disciplinary interfaces.

The role requires 7+ years post-qualification experience, data centre and bridge package exposure, and a strong track record in stakeholder management. It offers security, pension and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the client, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risk before it affects the programme.
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement across the project.

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is appointing a permanent Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a major, technically complex data centre development in Enfield. It is a £100m+ scheme with heavy civils at its core, including a substantial bridge package, and it is the kind of project that defines a career.

What you will be doing

• Leading delivery across programme, commercial, quality, technical and H&S

What you will bring

• Personally led delivery of £100m+ projects
• Data centre experience (mission critical or major infrastructure will be considered alongside)
• Bridge project or package experience
• Significant heavy civils background with a strong main contractor pedigree
• 7+ years' post-qualification experience
• Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
