Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Project Manager with strong business analysis capabilities to lead time-critical initiatives within a large-scale banking migration program. The ideal candidate will independently manage delivery by liaising with multiple client stakeholders, performing business analysis, and prioritizing the Book of Work (BoW) effectively. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and deep domain expertise in banking transformation

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic banking transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Independently drive projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Perform business analysis, gap assessments, and impact evaluations to support solution design and decision-making.
  • Prioritize and manage the Book of Work (BoW) across concurrent initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and translate business needs into use cases and functional specifications.
  • Oversee UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support change management activities including training documentation and user adoption strategies.
  • Report project performance metrics to senior leadership and steering committees.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Relevant experience in project management and business analysis within the banking or financial services domain.
  • Proven ability to lead independently and manage complex, time-sensitive projects.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, core systems, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Listed Derivatives and trade lifecycle.
  • Expertise in UAT processes and business process mapping.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with banking transformation tools and platforms.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and test management software.
